- Appointments to (re)fill your presciptions must be made by 12 noon the preceeding day and must fall in the period specified on the prescription.
- Hours of prescription (re)fills are the hours of pharmacy operations specified above.
- Prescriptions may be valid for 3 days beyond your prescription period. Those with expired prescription periods should come to the pharmacy in person and wait in line.
- Lost precriptions or medications will not be replaced or restituted. A new prescription can only be obained after a new doctor's visit.
